Vintage Around the World Rainbow Print Quilt | Queen Size Farmhouse Bedding

Available is a gorgeous brightly colored quilt in a generous size. The pattern is similar to Around the World, with repeating small scale squares on point in a rainbow colorway. The border has a beautiful green square on point pattern.

MATERIALS

The pattern is similar to Around the World or Postage Stamp, except there are several blocks instead of one large block covering the entire quilt. The squares are brightly colored prints. It is hand quilted in white thread with feather wreaths and lines in the white setting blocks. The binding is white; backing is white. Medium weight polyester batting.

CONDITION

Good vintage condition. Tanning along top edge. There are a few storage stains; see photos. No major damage. It has been hand washed and air dried.

AGE

Exact age and maker unknown. Likely made circa 1940, due to materials and techniques used.

SIZE

Measures 102" x 85" and would easily fit a queen bed. Note it was photographed on a king size bed.
