Vintage Blue & White Pinwheel Quilt, c1950

Available is a fun blue and white quilt with retro fabrics. It is soft and lightweight, perfect for casual coastal decor or a boy's bedroom.

MATERIALS

The quilt is in a pinwheel pattern, with a center square on point and triangles in each corner, creating a whirligig effect. The patches are in different blue fabrics, with tropical trees, gingham and solid blues. Set in white fabric, it is hand quilted in white thread. White backing and binding, with lightweight batting.

CONDITION

Good vintage condition. Some fading noted along center fold line. Tanning along top edge. It has been carefully hand washed and air dried.

AGE 

Exact age unknown. Estimated c1950 based on fabrics and techniques. Found in Kansas.
