Beautiful late 19th century ironstone plates with dark blue transferware. A pastoral scene shows butterflies floating above flowers and a country fence, with slightly scalloped rim decorated with geometric pattern. Back of plate reads "Malaga" and is attributed to Petrus Ragout, a Dutch pottery company based in Maastricht, Holland, in the mid to late 19th century.
As of listing, 19 plates are available; price is for one plate. Each ones varies slightly in condition with little to no crazing and staining. The plate shown in photos is an example and is not the identical plate you will receive. No chips, cracks or other major damage on any plate.
