Available is a creamy white earthenware pudding bowl. Very good vintage condition, without crazing. Small amount of staining in the bottom interior. Impressed '24' on base. No other maker's mark.

A pudding bowl, also called a pudding basin, is a deep, round bowl with thick walls and a pronounced rim, traditionally used for steaming puddings. Its design, which includes a rim to securely tie a cover over the top and vents on the base to allow air to escape, makes it ideal for slow cooking.
