Available is a brass-plated cast iron letter stand, showing hounds hunting a stag on front and.
This intricately detailed piece is marked "B&H" on the bottom with serial numbers, indicating production by Bradley and Hubbard. B&H were prolific manufacturers of cast iron decorative pieces between 1850-1942. An identical piece to this is held in the Smithsonian collection and is dated c1885 (https://sway.cloud.microsoft/9RGzUYqsF2MjlNRk?ref=Link).
A wonderful hunting-themed desk accessory with history and patina.
