The flow blue transfer pattern of leaves and flowers is overlaid with hand painted gilt details, highlighting the intricate design. Scalloped edge.
The back stamp reads "Normandy, Johnson Brothers England" with a crown. Normandy was produced starting in 1913.
Excellent antique condition. Light crazing.
