Available is a vintage galvanized metal cake safe. This retro food storage tin would have been originally used for keeping baked goods and other food safe from insects, mice, and other pests. The hinged door has a latch to keep it closed, and the interior has two shelves, the bottom of which is removable.
The exterior surface has some original white and green paint remaining, although most has been rubbed off the surface. There is one small break in the back upper corner that does not affect functionality.
Overall, a wonderful display piece for storing collectibles, china, and other goods in a retro-friendly tin.
