Beautifully crafted Edwardian wooden tea caddy, showcasing timeless elegance and fine craftsmanship. Made from rich, polished wood with charming period details, it features two separate compartments for storing teas. Both functional and decorative.
Tea caddy is made of wood (possibly mahogany) with rich grain. Small split along the top surface. Hinged lid intact and in good use. Has original paper lining; some foxing visible and slight peeling around the edges. Traces of original metal lining to interiors of compartments present. Brass bun feet and keyhole cover in place.
Exact age unknown; estimated c1900 based on design and construction.
DIMENSIONS - 6.75" L X 4"0 X 3.5" H; weighs 11 oz.
