Meticulously crafted in Sheffield, England, by the renowned silversmith firm Francis Howard Ltd., this piece features a timeless tulip silhouette inspired by traditional 18th-century Georgian designs. The flank is elegantly personalized with a vintage cursive monogram reading "GDL".
The underside of the base is fully stamped with the authentic "FH EPNS" maker's block alongside Francis Howard's famous registered trademark, which features an arrow piercing a bullseye target to symbolize their historical "Well Done" benchmark of manufacturing quality. The Electroplated Nickel Silver composition gives the vessel a heavy, substantial feel in the hand, while the classic leaf-capped double-S scroll handle offers a brilliant, mirror-like polish.
Dating from the 1950s to the 1970s, this physical item stands 4.5 inches tall with a 3.5-inch opening diameter and features a clean, classic golden wash interior. It is in excellent vintage condition with a beautifully preserved exterior polish and minor surface patina consistent with its age.
