Bring a piece of English history and Kansas City craftsmanship into your home with our antique English jar candles.
Fraser Fir begins with top notes of cypress and zesty lemon peel that fold into woodsy mid notes of evergreen and cedar. The rich base of fir, amber, and moss evokes fond memories of decorating a freshly-cut Christmas tree. Fraser Fir is perfect for setting a festive holiday mood or creating a cozy ambience for a quiet winter evening by the fire.
Each antique jar is sourced from England, salvaged from Victorian dump sites and carefully restored for modern use. We use a variety of stoneware and glass jars, originally used for preserving food. The warm neutral tones and natural textures bring an elevated farmhouse look.
The candles are hand-poured right here in Kansas City by the Corner Candleshop, using an American-produced all-natural coconut-apricot wax blend that burns longer and cleaner than traditional soy or beeswax. High-quality fragrance oils and cotton wicks create a superior scent throw.
Encased in charming antique English stoneware marmalade jars, each candle not only fills your home with delightful aromas but also offers a reusable vessel, adding a touch of classic British character to your space. Perfect for creating a cosy, inviting atmosphere.

To prolong the life of your candle, allow the candle to burn until the wax melts to the edge of the jar during the first burn; approximately 3.5 - 4 hours for the 10oz size and approximately 4 - 4.5 hours for the 20oz size.
Always trim the wick to 1/4" prior to each burn for a longer, cleaner experience.
Remove the candle tag prior to lighting the candle. Do not leave a candle unattended.
To clean out the candle wax when the wax is gone, carefully wipe out warm wax with a towel, or clean with rubbing alcohol.
