Available is a large ironstone platter in excellent usable condition. Edge is decorated in subtle blue-gray geometric pattern with rosettes. Originally had gilt edging, some of which remains. Square is rectangle with slight scallops.
Printed backstamp reads "John Maddock & Sons, Royal Vitreous, England." Design indicates production between 1880-1896. Pattern is "Premier Blue Gray."
Lovely large ironstone piece, perfect for displaying or entertaining.
