Available is a vintage porcelain basket-weave bowl with hand painted details. It is in the popular Blue Onion pattern, overlaying pierced open-work sides with twisted rope handles. Bottom is marked "Meissen, Germany", with impressed mark "Meissen 1 1/2".
One small chip noted to the front of one weave. There is also a small discolored hairline descending from handle to base visible interior and exterior; unsure if this is glaze line or actual crack. Otherwise very good vintage condition. Estimated date of production c1930.
DIMENSIONS - 10.5” long x 7” wide x 2” high; weighs 1 lb. 5 oz.
