Available is a vintage sarcophagus-shape mahogany tea caddy. The hinged lid lifts to reveal two interior compartments with individual lids. The front has an inlaid wooden diamond, with simple yet elegant molding on the lid.
This piece is attributed to the Froehlich Furniture Co., a mid to late 20th century American reproduction company of fine English furniture and wood decor. No maker's mark.
Excellent, usable condition at an affordable price point.
