Available is a vibrant quilt top that is a perfect candidate for a finished quilt.
MATERIALS
The quilt top is constructed in the Blazing Star pattern, with an 8-point star set in teal with four additional star points. Star pieces are solid orange and a small orange and black floral print on yellow ground, set in teal fabric. Alternate blocks are a light yellow. Border is a set of two bars of matching orange and yellow printed fabric. Mix of hand a machine piecing.
Please note this is a quilt TOP, without binding, backing or batting.
CONDITION
Excellent vintage condition. One faint mark noted in one alternate blocks. Seams are tight. No major damage found. I have not washed this top.
AGE
Exact age unknown. Estimated c1930 based on fabrics used. Found in Kansas.
SIZE - 91" x 74"; shown on full size bed.
