Vintage Pair of Matching Pink and White Double Irish Chain Twin Quilts, 81" x 58"

This listing is for a pair of identical pink and white twin-sized quilts, ready for your daughters' shared bedroom or any set of children who would love matching quilts. These are in excellent condition with very few flaws in a classic pattern.

MATERIALS

The patchwork is made of solid pink and white fabrics. It is hand quilted in white thread in a mix of grid patterns and floral motifs across the body of the quilt and ocean wave motif along the border. Hand quilted at 7 stitches per inch. It is hand bound in white fabric and has solid white backing. It has thin lightweight batting. It is machine pieced.

FLAWS

A few very minor spots on the back of quilt #1. Quilt #2 has a quarter sized area of light discoloration visible on front and back. These have been gently hand washed and air dried. No tears or seam separation or holes noted.

SIZE

Each quilt measures 81" x 58" - slightly more narrow than a modern standard twin quilt. This is the perfect size for an accent blanket, laid across a larger bedspread, or used on a child's bed.
