Available is a very sweet peach-bordered quilt in classic colors and pattern.
MATERIALS
The quilt is in a nine patch on point pattern, with the squares turned on point. Blocks are made with alternating patches of solid and patterned fabrics, set in white fabric. Bordered in melon peach fabric. Hand quilted in white thread. Backed in white fabric with lightweight cotton batting.
CONDITION
Good vintage condition. After soaking, dye run was noted from some orange fabrics onto the back. Overall subtle tanning to the white fabrics. Please review all photos. It has been hand washed and air dried.
AGE
Exact age and maker unknown. Found in Kansas. Estimated date c1930 based on fabrics and techniques used.
