A cheerful vintage quilt with unusual border and bright pastel spring colors.
MATERIALS
The quilt is in the Whirligig pattern, set in white fabric. Patchwork has a variety of solid and printed cotton fabrics. It is bordered with sawtooth triangles. Hand quilted in white fabric. Pink binding fabric. Lightweight cotton batting. White backing.
CONDITION
Good vintage condition. Washed by previous owner. Several areas of fabric thinning and exposed batting. Small mark on back. Light wear to binding. Otherwise no major damage. Please review all photos.
AGE
Exact age unknown. Likely circa 1930 based on fabrics used. Found in Kansas.
SIZE
Measures 78" x 69".
