Available is a well-executed vintage quilt in a hard-to-find pattern and vibrant colors.
MATERIALS
The quilt is in the New York Beauty, or Rocky Road, pattern. The patches are made of solid red, green, and buttercream yellow fabrics. It is set in white fabric. It is hand quited in white thread. Bound in matching yellow fabric. White backing. Lightweight cotton batting.
CONDITION
Very good vintage condition. The hand quilting is competently done but sparse. There is a small light discoloration along one border. It was washed recently by previous owner.
AGE
Exact age unknown. Based on fabrics and techniques used, estimated c1950. Found in Kansas.
SIZE - 75” x 74” (shown on full size bed)
