Available is a vintage unfinished quilt top with included backing fabric. The design features 40 state birds and flowers in each panel.
MATERIALS
This is a quilt TOP, without batting or binding. The backing is included separately but is not attached. There are 48 blocks set on point, with hand embroidered state names, birds and flowers. Excellent handiwork and colors. Machine pieced blocks. Set in yellow solid fabric. Edges are scalloped.
CONDITION
Very good vintage condition and ready to be finished as a quilt. A few small storage stains. Note that the backing fabric is one long continuous length of fabric, not yet cut to size.
AGE
Based on states shown, this top is pre-1959.
