Vintage Tree of Life Quilt

Available is a worn but lovely vintage quilt, perfect for outdoor adventures and daily use.

MATERIALS

The quilt is in the Tree of Life pattern, with blocks set on point in red fabric. The tree blocks have a light green trunk, with patterned triangles alternating with solid white fabrics. The binding is patterned calico. White backing. Lightweight cotton batting.

CONDITION

Fair vintage condition. There is one hole through the quilt. Wear along binding. Several areas of fabric thinning and holes in the top with exposed batting. Some fading noted throughout, especially in bottom left of red setting fabric. It has been carefully hand washed and air dried.

AGE

Exact age unknown. Estimated c1920 based on fabrics and techniques used. Found in Kansas.
